A graduate of Heriot Watt University in Accountancy & Finance with 20 years practical experience in the financial sector and further professional qualifications.
Whilst at university I won a golf scholarship. I became Scottish Champion in 1995, won the Scottish Order of Merit in 1995 & 1996 and played in the Curtis Cup, GB&I vs USA.
Inspired by my sporting exploits I founded the business in 2012, primarily for sports professionals and it has grown from strength to strength. Quite a few of my clients are indeed Golf Professionals who I once walked the fairways with. I have diversified the business further and now cater for a wide range of clients, including financial advisors, driving instructors, hairdressers, beauticians and a spectrum of tradesman.
I am married to Paul, who is a PGA Golf Professional and we have a young family, so life can get pretty hectic. I have swapped the golf clubs for two wheels and enjoy cycling whenever the opportunity presents itself but my children are interested in a variety of sports so they keep me fit and healthy!
